2020 WVMEA In-Service Exhibits & Advertisements

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and/or advertising for the 2020 WVMEA In-Service Conference, which will be held March 5-7, 2020 at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, WV.

The conference not only has educators from all over the state, but also houses rehearsals for the best musicians in our schools throughout West Virginia.  The High School All-State Band, High School All-State Chorus, High School All-State Orchestra, Middle School All-State Orchestra, All-State Children's Chorus, and Honor Groups are there for rehearsals and performances. They're also allotted time for students to visit the exhibits area.  In the past, we have had honor and guest performing groups that have performed in the exhibits area as well.

The application must be completed (including online payment) by February 5, 2020 in order to be included in the WVMEA In-Service Conference program.

All advertisements must be emailed as high quality (a minimum resolution of 300 dpi) JPG, PDF, TIF, EPS. file to: marketing@wvmea.org by February 5, 2020
