2020 WVMEA In-Service Exhibits & Advertisements

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and/or advertising for the 2020 WVMEA In-Service Conference, which will be held March 5-7, 2020 at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, WV.

The conference not only has educators from all over the state, but also houses rehearsals for the best musicians in our schools throughout West Virginia.  The High School All-State Band, High School All-State Chorus, High School All-State Orchestra, Middle School All-State Orchestra, All-State Children's Chorus, and Honor Groups are there for rehearsals and performances. They're also allotted time for students to visit the exhibits area.  In the past, we have had honor and guest performing groups that have performed in the exhibits area as well.

Conference program advertisement registration is now closed.

Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2020. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION  Any inquiry after the deadline will be determined by the space available. (Applications made after February 17, 2020 may not be included in the exhibitor listing in the WVMEA In-Service Conference program.)

Each booth purchased will include:  (1) eight foot table with two chairs, pipe/drape, electric, and carpet.  WiFi will not be included, so please make arrangements to take care of that on your end before arriving.  If there are other items that are needed that you did not put in your registration, you will need to contact Mr. Joe Varney (Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center) 304-545-1500 (you WILL need to do payment for any extra items through them, not us).

Wednesday, March 4: 5pm - 9 pm  Booth Set-up and Load-In (if necessary)

Thursday, March 5: 9am - 10:45am Booth Set-up / 11am - 6pm Exhibits Open

Friday, March 6: 8am - 4pm Exhibits Open / 4pm - 5pm Exhibit Teardown

Saturday, March 7: 9am - 10am Exhibit Teardown (if necessary)
