2021 WVMEA


WVMEA is now accepting applications for the 2021 Statewide Solo and Ensemble Festival.

Students and teachers must meet the requirements set forth in the Rules and Regulations in order to be eligible to participate. All participating teachers must be current members.

Submission Guidelines

Video recordings (video link required) must be of the highest recording quality possible. It is the director's responsibility to ensure that video privacy/sharing settings allow for adjudicator access until at least May 2, 2021.

Deadline: Recordings must be submitted on this site no later than April 16, 2021 at 11:00 PM. Late submissions of any kind will not be accepted under ANY circumstances.

Notifications: Submissions will be judged by May 2, 2021 and adjudication forms will be emailed to directors on May 3, 2021. Names of students/ensembles who earn a superior rating will be listed on the WVMEA website.

Fee: $10 per entry, payable on this site by credit card at the time of submission. If paying by check, checks must be postmarked by April 16, 2021.

Entries: maximum of 8 per form; multiple entry forms may be submitted.
