Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor, exhibiting and/or advertising with the 2024 Annual WVMEA In-Service Conference, which will be held February 29 - March 2, 2024 at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center in Charleston, WV.

The conference not only has educators from all over the state, but also houses rehearsals for the best musicians in our schools throughout West Virginia.  The High School All-State Band, High School All-State Chorus, High School All-State Orchestra, Middle School All-State Orchestra, All-State Children's Chorus, and Honor Groups are there for rehearsals and performances. They're also allotted time for students to visit the exhibits area.  Honor and guest performing groups also perform in the exhibits area as well.

The form at the link below must be completed (including online payment) by February 1, 2024 in order to be included in the WVMEA In-Service Conference program. Inclusion in the conference program is not guaranteed for exhibitors who register after February 10, 2024.

Payment must be made at the time of registration.
