2027 WVMEA In-Service Exhibits and Advertising

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring, exhibiting, and/or advertising for the 2027 WVMEA In-Service Conference that will be held March 4 – 6, 2027 at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, WV.

 

We are paperless!  GUIDEBOOK will be THE source for everything you need to know about the 2026 WVMEA In-Service Conference. Conference sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers will be featured as noted below. Printed conference programs will not be provided. There will be a printable version of the All-State Concert programs, and a link will be available in the Guidebook app AND on-site at the performances.

The Exhibits and Advertising form must be completed (including online payment) by February 13, 2027 in order to be included in the 2026 WVMEA In-Service Conference [electronic] app and electronic, printable All-State Concert program book. Inclusion in the conference app and All-State Concert Program are not guaranteed for exhibitors and advertisers who register after February 13, 2027.

All advertisements must be emailed to marketing@wvmea.org by February 13, 2027. Acceptable formats (at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi) are JPG, PDF, TIF, EPS.

All ads will be full color in the conference app AND electronic/printable concert program.
